Responsibilities

- Support the planning, creation, and rollout of integral content across social, digital, PR, and retail channels
- Develop and adapt content—especially for TikTok—staying on top of trends and platform best practices
- Contribute to agile production with copywriting, editing or design skills, and creative direction during shoots
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of brand‑aligned assets
- Participate in ideation and campaign amplification, helping shape bold and engaging storytelling
- Track content performance, organize assets, and support the team’s operational flow

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Visual Art or Graphic Design or a related field
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital channels
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills,



with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and platforms
- Experience coordinating content production processes, including briefing, planning, reviewing, and publishing content
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, or talent, including briefing, content review, and campaign coordination
- Understanding of social‑first content strategies and platform‑specific best practices
- Good eye for visual content and creative trends, with the ability to provide feedback and collaborate effectively with designers, creators, photographers, and agencies
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Data‑driven mindset, with experience interpreting social media and content performance metrics to optimize results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fashion, beauty, culture, and digital trends
- C1 level in English and Spanish.
