B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.

This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

- Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation,



and qualification methodologies
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset

What We Offer

- Full-time contract , Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
- Hybrid role based in Sofia
- Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN
- Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN
