To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, we are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant / Housekeeping Maid (Camarero/a de Pisos) to join our team in Marbella, Spain .

In this key part-time role, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing assigned guest rooms and public floor areas according to 5-star luxury resort standards. Specifically, you will prepare housekeeping trolleys, restock guest amenities, inspect room installations, track minibar consumption, and ensure floor pantries (offices) remain organized and fully stocked.

Your Mission: Uncompromising Cleanliness & 5-Star Presentation

Your primary goal involves driving housekeeping excellence across our guest rooms and floor areas. To achieve this, you will execute detailed cleaning routines and verify room amenities. At the same time, you will keep floor corridors and pantries spotless. Therefore, you will stock housekeeping trolleys, report maintenance issues, and manage minibar charges. As a result, you will eliminate service oversights and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury excellence.





Your Key Responsibilities:

- Room Cleaning & Setup: Clean and arrange assigned guest rooms and bathrooms following resort presentation guidelines and room setup manuals.
- Trolley & Supply Preparation: Stock housekeeping trolleys with linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities prior to starting room service.
- Minibar Tracking & Restocking: Record guest minibar consumption, process billing charges, and restock minibar items accurately.
- Maintenance Reporting & Incident Logs: Inspect room furniture, fixtures, and appliances for damages; log incidents and issue maintenance work orders promptly.
- Vacant Room Audits: Inspect and touch up vacant rooms to ensure they remain in pristine condition for incoming arrivals.
- Lost & Found Protocols: Collect and deliver any forgotten guest items immediately to the Head Housekeeper (Gobernante/a).
- Floor & Pantry Maintenance: Clean floor corridors, maintain pantry organization, and clean all work equipment post-service.
- Personalized Guest Care: Learn and remember guest names and room preferences to deliver personalized luxury service.

Who You Are: The Detail-Oriented Housekeeping Specialist

- Proven Foundations:



You bring 2 to 3 years of experience as a Room Attendant inside 5-star luxury hotels (preferably affiliated with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, or similar).
- Educational Background: Specific training in Housekeeping/Pisos is required; completion of a Housekeeping Management/Gobernante course is highly valued.
- The Linguist: Basic English skills (A1 level or higher) are valued to assist in communicating with international guests.
- Key Competencies: You demonstrate high attention to detail, physical stamina, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a warm customer service mindset.
