Job Description

The mission of the Qualitative Project Assistant is the coordination of qualitative projects and assisting the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered according to client specifications.

The Qualitative Project Assistant is a key player in executing a qualitative project and is responsible for coordinating with respondents, vendors, freelancers, translation agencies and checking quality of deliverables before they are passed on to the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Recruit respondents in their local language, including panel and free‑finding.
- Call, confirm, and rescreen respondents who participated in an online screener.
- Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for the Project Managers.
- Manage and control vendors selected for qualitative projects, ensuring M3 meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Check deliverables from vendors.
- Negotiate costs and manage progress with vendors and freelancers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors.




- Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers (occasionally).

Qualifications

Education and Training

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Minimum Experience

- Experience in market research preferred, ideally in the medical/healthcare field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Native French speaking.
- Self‑motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to solve problems quickly and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study‑specific and departmental objectives.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word; quick learner of new technologies/software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on‑time in a fast‑paced environment with moving deadlines.
