Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate, hands‑on Product Designer Trainee eager to help with the company‑wide design system and UX & UI design for our web‑based products.

Responsibilities

- Participate in all product phases, from discovery to delivery.
- Support the product design area to find the best UX flow, create and test prototypes/mockups, and iterate to deliver the best UI & UX design for product features users love.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and consistently.
- Work closely with Product Managers and a User Researcher to understand user needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Communicate ideas and concepts clearly to all stakeholders involved in the product management process.
- Support ongoing development of our design system to create a consistent user experience and visual identity across our products.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently studying or recently completed studies in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.
- A portfolio of university, personal, or freelance projects that showcase design thinking and creativity.
- Expert skills in UI design and prototyping software such as Figma.
- Good organizational skills and willingness to manage multiple tasks and priorities.




- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of the basics of UX design and its connection to UI design.
- Willingness to take ownership of the different stages of the Product Design process.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international, and distributed environment.

Bonus

- Interest in languages and understanding of translation/localization processes.
- Awareness of the latest AI trends and emerging design trends in UI/UX.
