Community Manager Intern

We are seeking a creative and talented Community Manager Intern to join our Community Management Team in our sunny Barcelona office. The adecuado candidate has a strong interest in the gaming industry (mobile, console, and/or PC), along with a broader enthusiasm for technology and entertainment. They stay on top of social media trends, demonstrate excellent writing skills, and have a genuine passion for gaming, regardless of platform or genre.

Responsibilities

- Help realise the community plans in concert with the Community and Game teams to span alpha, beta, and launch phases for the Western markets.
- Assist with community sentiment monitoring for FunPlus games and reports creation from Community channels (English-speaking markets)
- Participate in the planning, drafting, and distributing community-focused content through community channels.
- Help with coordination and management of the Content Creator & Moderator program.
- Participating in creating and fostering a positive community experience for our players.
- Assist in generating reports, interpreting raw data to extract valuable insights that will improve our future plans.

Requirements

- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently enrolled and about to finish a degree program in Communication, Community Management, Social Media, Customer support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Comprehension of social media platforms, listening tools,



and report-building (Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Highly capable problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Passion for gaming: Deep knowledge and passion for mobile video games, including an understanding of current market trends, player behaviour, and popular community platforms. Experience with FunPlus titles (or similar games) is a plus, particularly if you actively play them and have a solid understanding of their gameplay mechanics.
- Fluent in any of the following languages: French, German, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, or Italian would be a plus!
- An excellent eye for detail and a passion for quality.
