Experience
Background in PR, communications, marketing or related fields. You may be transitioning from a related discipline or bringing experience from agency, in‑house or media backgrounds. Familiarity with the media landscape, social platforms, and understanding of metrics and analytics is valuable.
What we’re looking for
You understand how visibility and positioning drive business outcomes; you think beyond the immediate ask to spot opportunities and identify what’s next. You can connect a post, a press mention or a speaking slot to bigger strategic goals. You are comfortable working with senior leaders and external partners, listening carefully to understand their needs, communicating with clarity and confidence, and coordinating across teams without creating friction. You manage multiple moving parts without dropping details, establish cultures of engagement, report findings to the business and suggest evolutions to strategy. You care about how messages land, understand tone of voice, can adapt content for different audiences and platforms, and know the difference between authentic and forced communication. You take responsibility for what you commit to and deliver it on time and to a high standard, taking initiative, spotting trends and suggesting improvements.
