Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced analyst to join the Financial Restructuring Group in Madrid. The analyst will work on creditor and debtor‑side restructurings, distressedM&A;, and related advisory services.

Responsibilities

- Assist with out‑of‑court restructuring transactions and provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations.
- Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Provide distressedM&A; advisory and support debt and equity raising efforts during distressed circumstances.
- Collate information, perform financial analysis, and prepare reports for deal teams.

Qualifications

- Strong academic record; 2:1 degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Leverage Finance or Financial Restructuring.




- Demonstrated interest in financial restructuring and complex transactions.
- Solid knowledge of valuation theory, methodologies, and application.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in LBO and DCF modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate across all levels of staff.
