Responsibilities

- Analyze and solve lower‑complexity problems.
- Interact with peers within Accenture before providing updates to supervisors.
- Limited exposure to clients and Accenture management.
- Execute daily work tasks with moderate instruction and detailed guidance on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact personal work and the work of others as an individual contributor within a focused team scope.
- Work may require rotational shifts.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights supporting business decisions and driving performance.
- Analyze trends, create reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide recommendations to optimize operations, customer experience, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Marketing Operations Data Analytics P5 skill set.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Language proficiency: English (C1), Spanish (C2).
