As part of our growth we are looking for a Group Lead Siting Methods & Tools. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

- Lead and develop a team of software engineers for site assessment tooling (technical and disciplinary leadership)
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture
- Resolve conflicts and remove impediments for the team
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
- Drive agile development practices (Scrum) and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs, product performance, and team productivity
- Strong background in software development (e.g., C#, Python, Angular or similar)
- Solid understanding of system architecture and modern development practices
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud environments
- Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team

YOUR PROFILE:

- MSc or higher in (Software) Engineering, Computer Sciences
- Product Owner Training or comparable
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced English level (C1 or above). Spanish or German will be a plus
