Key Responsibilities

Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing greenfield/brownfield and M&A; projects

Actively screening the market to identify potential new investment opportunities

Leading target detailed assessment, business planning, M&A; valuation and coordination of key stakeholders

Supporting the execution of strategic projects: project scoping and work planning, strategic analysis, formalization of recommendations, coordination of stakeholders

Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support the decision-making process of the executive team

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications – must have

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field

Experience: 8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A;), Management Consulting or Private Equity, in roles focused on strategy,



mergers & acquisitions and transactional services; proven experience in deal origination

Skills:

- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Structured and analytical, with strong business sense;
- Able to earn trust and work with stakeholders across all levels;
- Able to deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications – nice to have

German language skills
