Chinese-Indonesian Specialties Restaurant Hong Sheng in Schijndel is a welcoming and atmospheric restaurant that has been known for years for its authentic Chinese-Indonesian specialties, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working cook I.

Responsibilities

- ingredients are prepared independently

- application of basic cooking techniques

- provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for stock and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s). Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer

A competitive salary of € 2,510 to € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and skills (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA, job group V)

Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA

Automatic salary adjustment in the event of changes to the Hospitality CLA

Travel allowance subject to agreement
