Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Digital Resilience as a Service division by aligning security objectives with group governance and producing high-impact reports for Boards and Regulators. You will coordinate cross-entity information security governance, drive timely responses from CISOs, and push for improvements in KRIs and target objectives. This position sits at the intersection of risk, regulatory reporting, and executive communications, influencing the Group’s resilience posture. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and governance across Allianz entities, leveraging AI-enabled processes where relevant.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Prepare global Information Security KRI reporting for the Allianz SE Board and Supervisory Board
- Coordinate and track responses with Operating Entities CISOs and ensure timely documentation delivery
- Challenge data accuracy and completeness from Operating Entities
- Support development of KRI concepts and improvements
- Coordinate definition and communication of Information Security Target Objectives across the Group
- Track Information Security Target achievements on a semi-annual basis
- Support regulatory and external auditor reporting




- Manage the IS Group mailbox and ensure inquiries are routed promptly
- Assist with key projects and stakeholder presentations for senior leaders including the Board and Regulators

Responsabilidades

- Genuine interest in Information Security topics and willingness to learn
- Experience in defining/reporting Key Risk Indicators (KRI/KPI) in Information/Cyber Security is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to produce well-structured Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Strong analytical skills and persistence in data follow-up
- Ability to communicate complex topics concisely to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with GRC tools (e.G., Archer) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking capability
- Project Management experience is a plus, especially in Information/Cyber Security
- Interest in continuous improvement and AI-driven process enhancement
- Experience with SharePoint pages, workflows, and automation is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Affinitiy for IT and Generative AI (GenAI) is valued
