Role Purpose

The Client Manager is responsible for owning and developing client partnerships, delivering high-quality shopper insights, and ensuring that services provided drive measurable business impact and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships
- Understand client business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor

Insight Delivery & Storytelling

- Translate data into actionable insights
- Deliver impactful presentations
- Provide business recommendations
- Respond to client briefs

Service Delivery

- Ensure quality and timely delivery
- Manage reporting and client requests
- Coordinate internal teams
- Resolve data issues

Commercial Growth

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support revenue targets
- Develop proposals
- Track pipeline

Account Development

- Develop account plans
- Anticipate client needs
- Ensure contractual delivery
