Your skills

- 2–3 years of PC and laptop hardware support experience.
- Experience supporting local and remote users, including VIP users.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
- Experience using IT ticketing systems to log and track incidents.
- Ability to provide Smart Hands/Hands and Eyes support.
- Experience with hardware deployment, upgrades, and inventory management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good English communication skills for working with international teams.

Your tasks

- Provide first-line technical support and serve as the primary contact for users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve user incidents.
- Perform IMACD activities (install, move, add,



change, and dispose of workstations).
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Support onsite technicians, remote offices, and meeting room equipment.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
- Attend weekly meetings with international teams and maintain IT asset inventory.
