Your Mission

- Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation

- Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements

- Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes

- Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements

- Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements

- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends

- Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements

- Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions

- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations

- Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational processes

- Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions

- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly

- Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders

- Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams

- Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving





- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)

- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation

- Good level of English and fluent Russian
