About the Role

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Event Hostesses to support a corporate event at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower.

The event will host approximately 200 delegates from India as part of a four-day incentive programme. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with registration and delegate check-in.
- Coordinate and guide guests throughout the event.
- Support award presentations on stage.
- Provide general event assistance to ensure the smooth running of the programme.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Professional, friendly, and well-groomed.
- Confident interacting with corporate guests.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or hostess roles is desirable but not essential.
- Must be available to work on 10 August during the specified event timings.

Dress Code

Professional business attire.

Compensation

This is a paid opportunity. Remuneration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the role and working hours.
