As we gear up for this exciting launch, we are looking for part-time Restaurant Operator to run this first location – you will play a key role in bringing this autonomous kitchen to life and ensuring its smooth daily operations.
Role Description
You’ll be at the heart of the world’s first fully automated Pazziria. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that combines kitchen prep, robot operation, light maintenance, and customer interaction. You’ll be tasked with the day-to-day running of the location, including preparing our delicious pizza dough, filling up the robot, overseeing stock and cleanliness, handling basic troubleshooting, and most importantly, you’ll represent PAZZI towards our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Daily operations and Maintenance of the Robot
- Monitor and refill the robot (ingredients, packaging, consumables)
- Troubleshoot system errors following clear protocols
- Take care of daily and periodic cleaning and maintenance
- Keep the workspace well-organized and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
Stock Management and Quality Control
- Track stock levels of the robot
- Manage inventory, tracking incoming and outgoing supplies with accuracy
- Conduct quality control upon product deliveries
- Apply HACCP hygiene and food safety practices at all times
Customer Facing Area
- Welcome and assist customers, explain the concept when asked
- Maintain cleanliness for the Pazziria to be inviting
- Restock vending machines for drinks and desserts’ availability
- Report any visible degradation in the area to trouble shoot quickly
Requirements
- Experience in restaurants, catering or hospitality prefered
- Mecanical or technical curiosity welcome
- Ability to operate professional kitchen equipment (including handling and moving of moderately heavy equipment)
- Ability to work with irregular schedules (evening shifts, weekends, jornadas partidas...)
- Willingness to respond to occasional off-hours issues or interventions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business or training purposes
- Fluent in English and Spanish
