Senior Data Analyst – Courier Fraud Team

Mission

Own and define Glovo’s general courier fraud strategy, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement across all markets.

Responsibilities

- Develop scalable self‑service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams.
- Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no‑shows, and optimize fleet distribution.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact.
- Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data‑informed solutions that drive satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or a related data‑driven field.




- +3 years of experience delivering actionable data insights to internal teams (must).
- Strong analytical and coding skills – SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience); experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Strong strategic vision, business mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English is a must.
- Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a high‑growth, high‑performance environment.
- Ability to break down complex problems into effective solutions.
