The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations in Spain, production, quality management, sales, HR, finance and IT.

- She/he will contribute to mentor the organization for the next step, leading a transformation process that will include all the areas.

- Lead and manage the overall operations in Spain, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

- Ensuring continuous improvement on the quality of the products and establishing objective and transparent quality criteria and KPI´s.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company´s digital presence and improve customer engagement.





- Steering all production related processes and secure a highly efficient production as well as high product quality.

- Coordinate and integrate all processes in the factory, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training and employee development.

- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the operations, ensuring profitability and cost effectiveness.

- Drive IT and digital initiatives to modernize and improve business processes. Support the implementation of the new ERP sytem.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and leading the team to achieve company goals.
