Kats Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join well-established private healthcare providers across Ireland. We have multiple roles available focusing on both adult disability services and children in foster care.

Strict Requirements & Experience

To be considered for these roles, you must strictly meet the following criteria:

- Minimum Experience:

-

- Adult Services: 3+ months of experience with disabilities, autism, or similar conditions.

- Children's Services: 3+ months experience supporting 8 to 18-year-olds in protective environments.





- Nationality & Eligibility: EU / UK Passport Holders Only.

- Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or Social Education.

- Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory.

Note: For adult services, candidates will initially be offered Direct Support Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

- Care & Support: Provide high-quality care to clients with various conditions, including intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.

- Children's Advocacy: Support children (8-18 years) in foster care, fostering a protective environment for their recovery.

- Assessment & Planning: Collaborate on clinical assessments and behavior plans to support individual progress.

- Development: Facilitate educational activities and social engagement to promote patient independence. xqbhyrx
