Required Skills

- Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions.

- 7 - 12yrs in experience cloud platforms in Finance, Payroll, HR applications.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

- Proven ability to engage with business leaders and drive requirements discussions.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Lead solution design and architecture initiatives across Data, AI, and enterprise applications.





- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive solutioning discussions, architecture reviews, and technology recommendations.

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled business solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor and go-to person for both business and technical teams.

- Provide leadership in defining best practices, governance, and architectural standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients, business domain owners, and executive stakeholders.

- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and strategic technology planning.
