Key Responsibilities

-

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM).

- Analyze business requirements and define SAP solutions aligned with best practices.

- Prepare and conduct Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.

- Design solutions and propose process improvements to address identified gaps.

- Coordinate system implementation with nearshore/offshore teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the client and take on project management responsibilities.

Requirements

-

- 8-10 years of experience in SAP EWM/TM.

- Participation in 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP EWM/TM.

- Deep knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management processes,



with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (certification is a plus).

- Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.

- Strong skills in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences.

- Higher education degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent.

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

- Proactive, communicative team player and self-starter.

- Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
