The Team

Join our GPS team as a Treasury Sales Associate (TSA), supporting Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and other Associates in delivering integrated treasury solutions to Spanish‑headquartered clients and EMEA treasury centres.

Responsibilities include:

- Partnering with TSOs and Associates throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to execution
- Contributing to relationship development and managing client contact strategies
- Keeping clients informed about product enhancements and new capabilities
- Collaborating with TSOs and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions across cash & liquidity management, transactional FX, merchant acquiring, commercial cards, and trade finance
- Supporting pricing discussions, onboarding, and implementation
- Preparing for client meetings with industry and company research
- Assisting with RFP responses and creating impactful pitchbooks and presentations
- Analyzing client data using internal tools to uncover insights and opportunities
- Maintaining data integrity across sales systems (pipeline, client plans, call reports)
- Supporting credit facility and contract management
- Driving team efficiency and fostering collaboration with TSOs and Treasury Sales Associates





Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, implementation, client service, or product management
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Clear and confident communication across written, verbal, and presentation formats; adept at engaging via email, phone, video, and in person
- Proven relationship‑building skills and a client‑first approach
- Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible, with a collaborative mindset
- Analytical thinking, able to interpret data and apply insights to deliver results
- Independence and skill in resolving client queries and ensuring compliance through effective advocacy
- Fluency in English required; French, German, and/or Italian advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools or financial platforms is a plus
- Interest in treasury products and willingness to learn – intellectually curious team members are valued
