Responsibilities

- connect with prospects, understand their needs, and generate interest by securing meetings or platform demos.
- report directly to our General Manager, Nacho, and collaborate closely with two Account Executives.
- develop the best prospecting techniques (LinkedIn, Hubspot, email...) to find relevant leads.
- define and implement strategies to qualify leads efficiently.
- identify key contacts and know everything about them before you talk to them.
- resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets.
- measure conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize success.
- document approaches in our tools and our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
- previous experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally including cold calling and prospecting.
- native Spanish speaker with a good level of English. Catalan is a plus.
- excellent interpersonal skills, a hunter mindset,



and value high-quality execution.
- eager to learn and grow rapidly in a sales-driven environment.
