Our Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to lead a large-scale capital project within a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as the owner's representative and be responsible for driving the project from planning through execution, startup, and operational handoff. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate global stakeholders, contractors, engineering teams, and project controls functions. The successful candidate will work independently, helping solve complex project challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This is a highly visible onsite position requiring someone who can take ownership, build processes, and keep project activities moving forward with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day execution of a major capital project while serving as the primary owner-side project representative.

- Coordinate project activities across engineering, construction, contractors, vendors,



and general stakeholder groups.

- Drive project schedules, deliverables, resource planning, and milestone tracking to ensure successful execution.

- Manage project approvals, capital funding requests, reporting, and communication with senior leadership teams.

- Support construction, commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational readiness activities.

- Identify project risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement process improvements to keep the project on track.

Must Have Skills

-

- Capital project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.

- Experience serving as an owner's representative or leading projects from the client side.

- Strong background managing project schedules, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.

Bonus / Nice to Have

- Experience working with global teams and multilingual environments (Spanish is a plus). xqbhyrx

- Familiarity with GMP manufacturing facilities, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
