As a Workplace Strategic Designer , your mission focus lies in understanding the commercial needs and goals of clients (B2B large companies) to create architectural solutions that drive the success of their businesses.

This role requires a unique combination of technical skills, creativity, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects & teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and development of new products.





- Manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers.

- Provide client advisory services by identifying key points and adding differential values.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

- Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in workplace strategy and interior design, with a portfolio that showcases innovative design solutions.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.

- Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit , SketchUp).

- Spanish native and English fluent languages.
