Job Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Scheduler to support day‑to‑day operations across the EU, ensuring timely delivery of heavy/bulky shipments. The role is office based and requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Distribution Center, and Ground Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily same day or next day forecast.
- Plan delivery routes or monitor volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
- Accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience, and develop best practices and standard work for the network.
- Ensure targets and service deadlines are met according to regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with various departments, facilitating flow of information and resolving potential issues that impact business continuity.
- Conduct research into process improvement initiatives and make real‑time decisions.
- Maintain and report up‑to‑date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.

Qualifications
- Experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



in a professional environment.
- Experience working with data and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 CEFR).
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
- Previous experience within transportation or logistics.
- Working experience with programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).

About the Team

Within the Central Operations team, this role focuses on the last‑mile forecasting, scheduling or risk and flow team, supporting all EU countries.
