Jacks Smokehouse Puerto Banús is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Manager to lead our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, love leadership, and bring positive energy every day, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

-

- Oversee daily operations of Jacks Smokehouse Puerto Banus

- Lead, inspire, and manage the team

- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

- Monitor staffing, scheduling and inventory

- Maintain health & safety standards

- Collaborate with the General Manager on business growth and improvements





- Help create a vibrant and energetic atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

-

- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Knowledge of scheduling and team development

- Fluent English and Spanish required
