At Factorial we’re looking for a new Procurement Associate to support and scale our Finance team. In this role, you will help optimize procurement processes and manage supplier relationships across the company. You will coordinate purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.

- Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms.

- Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries.

- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support contract and supplier documentation management.





- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

-

- Experience or strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance.

- Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus.

- Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English, both written and spoken.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

- Analytical thinking and an eye for process improvement.

- Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

- Ownership of tasks, proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
