Product Owner – Cloud Security (KMS & Secrets Manager)

We are partnering with a major European tech division — the digital arm of one of the largest retail groups in the world — to find a Product Owner for two critical cloud security products .

This is not only a coordination role, the PO will have full ownership over vision, roadmap, and decisions of their product unit.

Key responsibilities

- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for KMS and Secrets Manager
- Collect and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Own the roadmap end-to-end

Engineering collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to refine requirements, plan features and define releases
- Evaluate technical proposals with real criteria — not just facilitate
- Ensure product quality meets both customer expectations and internal standards

Execution & iteration
- Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback
- Iterate on capabilities based on data and stakeholder input
- Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership and external stakeholders
- Several years in product management,



ideally in cloud or security products
- Strong technical background: comfortable with cryptography concepts and able to evaluate engineering proposals
- Deep knowledge of cloud architectures
- Experience in IT security environments
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a results‑driven mindset
- Outstanding communication in English — it's the working language

Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with KMS, Secrets Manager or similar tools (HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault…)
- Background in IAM or cloud infrastructure products
- Experience managing technical stakeholders across xqbhyrx multiple geographies
- Salary: 65.000 – 70.000 € gross/year + ~3.700 €/year in benefits (mostly net)
