The position is for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, technical expertise to manage onsite operations for Collins Aerospace products and professional services at Collins stations in Spain. The incumbent will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to manage day‑to‑day priorities, solve client issues, optimize manpower and resources, respond to customer complaints, and escalates key issues to senior management.

Primary Responsibilities
-
- Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at MAD Airports.
- Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
- Quality Issue Management.
- Performs a variety of duties, including coordinating the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removal of equipment.
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manages technical products, services, logistics and configurations to assigned customers.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Acts as local onsite Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization.
- Manages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
Min Qualifications & Experience Requirements

- A High School Diploma with proven working experience or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant working experience in Airports managed services or within Airport operators in Spain.
- Familiarity with Cisco network devices and knowledge of general networking concepts.
- Familiarity and experience in dealing with and manoeuvring with the relevant Airport Operators in Spain.
- Possesses a broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS) including Airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation system and passenger processing systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment locally and globally.
- Good problem‑solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to travel as may be required.
