Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service in Croatian via telephone, email, and chat support channels.

- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalates when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.





- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.

- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
