In this senior role, you drive electrical engineering governance across EPC/FEED fronts, ensuring safe, compliant design and seamless contractor coordination. You will lead technical reviews, interface management, and quality assurance to enable reliable project delivery. You collaborate with Owner, Licensor, and vendors to optimize design options within FEED/EPC phases, contributing to the company’s sustainable energy initiatives. You will operate within a values-driven, inclusive culture focused on safety, innovation, and measurable impact.

• Identify and resolve PM issues in early work and FEED phases
• Identify and resolve electrical engineering issues
• Coordinate project activities with EPC/FEED Contractor and Owner
• Review and approve Contractor electrical deliverables per design requirements
• Attend EPC/FEED Contractor meetings and site discussions
• Review and approve key design documents from Vendors/Subcontractors
• Participate in technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor, Vendors
• Attend technical sessions (Design Review,



3D Model Review, Constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP/HAZID)
• Ensure EPC/FEED Contractor quality procedures are established and followed
• Supervise Contractor design activities for compliance with specs and standards
• Coordinate engineering participation in design option analysis and business models
• Coordinate other discipline engineers in reviews and workshops
• Provide technical assistance and coordination with other engineers
• Coordinate auditing activities and implement improvement recommendations
• Manage interfaces among EPC/FEED Contractor, xqbhyrx Owner, and third parties
• Coordinate technical reviews during vendor qualification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation
• Review technical bid submissions and perform bid analysis
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• 5+ years in a similar position on mega Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical projects
• ADNOC project experience
• Offshore project experience
• FEED u0026 EPC phase experience
• PMC experience preferable
