In this role, you will drive data-driven insights to support asset performance and NOI growth across markets, starting with Spain. You’ll create consistent KPIs and advanced analytics, partnering with regional teams to inform leasing, occupancy, and budgeting decisions. You’ll champion AI-powered reporting to scale analysis and improve accuracy, while aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-country role focused on operational excellence and strategic data governance within a global real estate platform.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports using AI-assisted tools to speed build, testing, and QA
• Support Spain Operational Management Team with financial and data analysis activities
• Deliver regular internal and external reporting, including leasing performance and occupancy trends to identify rental growth opportunities
• Field data requests from property/regional managers and business leaders, providing data and reports to support operations
• Act as regional SME for AI, driving adoption of AI tools (e.g., Claude) and building simple AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with Digital/Performance, Asset Marketing and Brand/Insights to track KPIs and connect insights to execution
• Analyze financial and market data to assess portfolio performance against budgets and targets, providing summaries and recommendations
• Participate in process-improvement projects and new applications to boost operational performance




• Foster coordination between Data u0026 Analytics and IT/Systems teams for data governance and system optimization
• Support annual rent and budget processes, acquisition due diligence, and related analyses
• Contribute to acquisitions (due diligence and operational data for underwriting) and asset openings
• Support periodic service-cost reporting and price vs. allowance analyses
• Assist FFu0026E and service-charge administration
• Assist in requirements gathering for systems projects and ongoing optimization
• Identify improvements to tools and systems for monitoring performance
• Gather data for new acquisitions and support their execution
