In this role you will provide specialist Civil/Structural expertise for ADNOC Offshore projects from FEED through EPC, fabrication, installation and commissioning. You will review and approve contractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, codes and QHSE requirements while supporting safe, cost-effective execution. You will coordinate with multi-discipline teams to resolve technical issues and drive design reviews and constructability assessments. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide specialist Civil/Structural engineering support across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning phases
• Review and approve EPC contractor deliverables including calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Review structural analysis and design for offshore facilities (jacket, topsides, decks, modules, foundations, pipe racks, supports)
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specs, international codes and best practices
• Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, constructability reviews, model reviews and technical workshops
• Review structural load calculations,



foundation design, fatigue assessments, transportation, lifting and installation analyses
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pipeline, Marine, Geotechnical and Construction teams
• Support procurement with technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews and material approvals
• Review fabrication, transportation, offshore installation and commissioning methodologies
• Identify technical risks and provide practical, safe, cost-effective solutions
• Provide technical support during site visits, fabrication yards and offshore activities
• Monitor progress and resolve technical queries (TQs), site queries (SQs) xqbhyrx and engineering change requests
• Ensure deliverables align with schedule, quality and HSE objectives
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance within Civil/Structural discipline
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent with 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• At least 5 years in a similar mega Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical project role
• ADNOC u0026 Offshore project experience required
• PMC experience preferred
• Proven FEED and EPC experience on large offshore projects
• ADNOC Offshore PMC project experience required
• 5+ years GCC project experience preferred
