In this role you lead a Production Planning team within the Planning u0026amp; Logistics HUB in Barcelona, ensuring timely product availability and optimal service levels. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard on-time delivery, working capital, and cost targets. You will drive KPI-enabled performance, address barriers with data-driven solutions, and contribute to the SP Transformation roadmap and digital planning initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape planning excellence in a global supply chain and mentor a growing team. You will work in a collaborative environment and help translate strategy into actionable improvements.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and develop the team of Production Planners to ensure product availability in the right location, on-time and in the right quantities
• Apply Production Planning standards defined by the PLEx team
• Coordinate with SP teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth planning activities




• Hold regular team and individual review meetings
• Identify gaps and barriers, propose data-driven solutions and assist resolution
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs and RCA processes
• Update stakeholders on planning activities as needed
• Contribute to SP Transformation roadmap and new digital planning systems
• Drive continuous improvement with Team Leaders network and PLEx initiatives
• Support with cross-functional alignment and escalation when needed
Responsabilidades
• xqbhyrx Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, forecasting and inventory management
• Experience in people management or leading others
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Expert in MS Office; SAP or other ERP/planning tools knowledge is valuable
• Proficient in English; additional languages are valuable
