As Engineering Manager for the Buyer Tribe, you lead teams to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules while fostering growth and collaboration. You provide vision, optimize processes, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional partners. You’ll coach engineers, support career development, and shape engineering culture. This role blends hands-on leadership with people-focused strategy to scale software that underpins a large-scale marketplace. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven, hybrid Barcelona-based environment.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading engineering teams (ideally +2 years)
• Strong verbal English communication xqbhyrx skills (Spanish a plus)

• Quality-driven, attention to detail, pragmatic mindset
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
