In this BI Engineer role, you will unlock insights to improve customer and selling partner experiences across expansion marketplaces. You will work within a Day-1, fast-paced environment to build scalable data infrastructure and automated dashboards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program adoption and identify process improvements through data analytics. You will shape data-driven decision making by applying ETL, AI-driven automation, and self-serve analytics to complex datasets. This is a mission-critical opportunity to impact growth and operational excellence at scale.

• Partner with program managers and account managers to analyze data and drive business goals
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to support program/adoption initiatives




• Develop and monitor business metrics; collaborate with internal and external teams to identify process improvements
• Collaborate with other BI engineers/teams to adopt best practices
• Foster continuous improvement via automation and self-serve dashboards
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines for BI initiatives
• Leverage AI and emerging data tech to automate workflows and reveal new patterns from complex data
• Mentor and contribute xqbhyrx to team improvement
Responsabilidades
• Experience analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL
• Experience data visualization with Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• SQL proficiency and scripting (Python) for data processing
• Experience in analytics, data engineering or BI in large-scale environments
