In this hands-on, builder-first role you design and ship governed AI that operates in a regulated, global enterprise. You lead end-to-end technical design for AI solutions within Global Corporate Affairs, balancing innovation with risk and compliance. You will implement multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and sovereignty-aware routing to deliver production-ready AI with strong governance, auditability, and resilience. This is a collaborative role that pairs technical leadership with hands-on delivery to move ideas to enterprise impact fast.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead end-to-end technical design for AI solutions across Integral Corporate Affairs and beyond, selecting architectures and defining build-vs-integration decisions
• Define model strategies (foundation models, fine-tuning, multi-provider orchestration) and tooling with clear compliance reasoning
• Identify and build reusable components, agent patterns, and governance instrumentation to speed delivery
• Translate sovereignty policy into infrastructure decisions for data residency and cross-border hosting
• Design and ship multi-agent LLM systems with sovereignty-aware routing and human-gated controls
• Evaluate tools and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable AI solutions aligned to business needs
• Build governed RAG pipelines with hallucination guards and immutable audit logging
• Deliver POCs quickly with clear progression gates to pilot and production
• Implement governance-as-code: classification/tiering, model registration, approvals, monitoring, decommissioning, and audit trails
• Engineer systems for multi-jurisdictional compliance and operational resilience
• Own delivery from design to production,



establishing CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and incident response
• Construct data pipelines and controls for quality, lineage, and governance of sensitive data
• Lead model quality, bias monitoring, red-teaming, and assurance reporting for oversight
• Scale solutions through reuse and partnerships across functions and external vendors
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, IT, Legal, Privacy, and vendors
• Represent delivery in architecture forums and contribute to enterprise AI governance and standards
Responsabilidades
• Built AI applications inside a large, regulated enterprise
• Experience delivering AI solutions in enabling functions (e.g., Corporate Affairs, HR, Legal, Compliance)
• Ability to work forward-deployed with business teams translating needs into technical solutions
• Experience implementing governance controls and embedding operational resilience in code and architecture
• Ability xqbhyrx to move from idea to working PoC in days
• Deep expertise in AI governance, regulatory compliance, and resilience as core practice
• Technical authority in designing multi-agent architectures, production code, RAG pipelines, and governed AI in live environments
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional data sovereignty, regulatory divergence, and cross-border AI governance
• Treat governance as architecture decisions made at the keyboard
• Proficiency in model strategy (foundation models, fine-tuning, multi-provider orchestration, RAG) and sovereignty-aware routing
• Strong cross-functional partnership across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and ability to document for business users
• Leadership through mentorship, code quality, and engineering standards while contributing as an individual contributor
