In this senior leadership recruitment role, you will lead multiple executive searches across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and partner with senior leaders to shape leadership across the business. You will design bespoke sourcing strategies, own the end-to-end executive hiring lifecycle, and advise on market insights to influence hiring decisions. The role sits in the Executive Talent Acquisition team, driving transformation and building a long‑term leadership pipeline in a matrixed, fast‑moving organisation. You will operate with credibility, resilience, and integrity, balancing competing priorities while delivering high‑impact leadership hires.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead multiple complex executive searches across EMEA in parallel, under time pressure
• Act as trusted partner to Senior Leaders, HRBPs and other stakeholders
• Navigate conflicting agendas and uncertain decision ownership while maintaining momentum
• Design and execute bespoke, research-led sourcing strategies for senior roles
• Own end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle with high confidentiality and accountability
• Conduct rigorous senior leadership assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations




• Leverage market intelligence to shape hiring decisions and recalibrate expectations
• Build a long-term senior leadership pipeline across countries, sectors, and leadership disciplines
• Advocate for inclusive leadership hiring while respecting commercial constraints
• Model sound judgement, integrity, and discretion in all activities
Responsabilidades
• Significant experience delivering senior leadership recruitment across multiple EMEA countries
• Strong background in executive search or retained agency work plus in-house experience
• Proven capability managing multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities
• High resilience xqbhyrx in fast-paced, politically nuanced environments
• Strong commercial and business acumen with understanding of senior leadership roles
• Confidence to influence, challenge, and negotiate with senior leaders
• Deep understanding of EMEA senior leadership labour markets and regional nuances
• Fluency in English (additional European languages advantageous)
• Track record of delivery with meaningful outcomes
