In this role you will translate client business needs into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance u0026amp; Operations solutions, shaping ERP architectures and prototypes. You will lead workshops, design functional components, and align processes with application capabilities to drive client value. As a client-facing advocate, you’ll collaborate across Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture to deliver industry-aligned offerings and tangible business outcomes. You’ll help clients simplify complexity and enable digital transformation through ERP solutions.

• Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics 365 Fu0026O to validate client needs




• Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders to analyze and design solutions and address prototyping gaps
• Design and lead functional components related to ERP and business processes during presales
• Create and demonstrate scenario flows aligned to client requirements
• Contribute to estimating the functional workstream xqbhyrx and advise on design
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure specifications fulfill client needs
• Develop differentiated propositions for managed services and partner ecosystems
• Document client business processes and prepare system usage materials
• Support testing and train users
