In this role you will manage procurement and subcontracting activities across projects, ensuring plans, procedures, and contractor outputs align with agreements and schedules. You’ll collaborate with engineering, construction and project controls to drive timely, quality procurement outcomes and mitigate risks. You’ll review contractor plans, monitor post-order activities, and provide strategic guidance to optimize procurement delivery. This position supports Worley’s mission to enable sustainable, AI-enabled project execution at scale.

• Prepare and review internal procurement plans and procedures and ensure contractor plans meet agreement requirements
• Monitor contractor procurement and subcontracting activities to align with project schedules and quality standards
• Review and approve contractor procurement/subcontracting plans, procedures and related documents
• Verify contractor resources and organization chart to ensure adequate procurement capability
• Maintain and review procurement reporting (BISR, PSR, inspection/expediting, shipping, spare parts)
• Process communications and decisions (TEs, bid evaluations, award recommendations, duty exemptions, letters of assistance)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Project Control and other teams to achieve project and company goals
• Provide status updates, risk assessments and mitigation plans related to procurement and subcontracting
• Lead or guide contractor procurement tasks and support teams to ensure timely execution
• Maintain overall procurement department oversight and ensure timely decision-making
• Work daily with contractor procurement teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
• Contribute to achieving project schedule goals through timely review/approval of contractor documents
• Support continuous improvement and provide recommendations on procurement and subcontracting matters
• Monitor post-order activities (expediting and shipping) and escalate risks as needed
• Prepare company position xqbhyrx papers and control documents on procurement issues
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
• Strong knowledge of FEED/EPC projects
• Experience with ADNOC and offshore projects
• Proven ability to work on large, mega projects with international teams
• Independent execution of procurement tasks and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure compliance with agreements
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
