JOB PURPOSE You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.

You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.

· Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments
· Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced
· Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives




· Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing
· Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales
· Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
· Support the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store xbhjioe Manager and the Store Operations Manager)
· Support Sales Associates xqbhyrx in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need
· Keep updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basis
· Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters

Experience in a similar role in fashion brands
Good knowledge of English
SAP-System Knowledge preferable
Fluent spoken English expected.
