We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native/advanced language to work in the Safor area.

Tasks

-

- Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking

- Verifying all necessary property documentation and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies

- Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties

- Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements

- Live in requested area

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.

- Driving licence

- Residency: Safor, Marina Alta

- Autónomo status

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation

- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team

- With a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands-on

- Customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
