We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance through data‑driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the marketing strategy of your experiences

- Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events

- Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram

- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities

- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting…)

- Role based in Madrid.

Who You Are:

- You have 4‑6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms.

- You have a proficient level of English. A second language is a plus.

- You have a marketing background.

- You look for an opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
