As Manager, Order to Invoice (OTI) you will lead integral NGBA efforts to optimize and automate OTI processes within G-EDM, collaborating across countries and stakeholder groups. You drive digitalization, process improvements, and change management to boost efficiency and consistency. You will guide cross-country teams, develop end-state solutions, and build an internal expert community. This role offers exposure to global programs shaping how OTI functions scale and improve.

• Act as global point of contact for G-EDM OTI processes and drive optimization and automation




• Guide Customer Service Leads across countries to define NGBA end-state and finalize process models
• Conduct regular analysis of existing processes and IT environment for development
• Identify features and enable NGBA workshops for Order to Invoice (OTI) globally
• Lead xqbhyrx role-based training for users across G-EDM and create user documentation and guidelines
• Provide updates to stakeholders on NGBA progress and represent G-EDM in NGBA forums
• Build and nurture internal G-EDM OTI expert community
