Responsibilities

-

- Monitor the financial performance of international projects and analyse budget deviations.

- Support monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting activities.

- Prepare financial reports and performance analyses to support decision‑making.

- Support procurement, payments, invoicing and collections processes.

- Collaborate in internal control and compliance activities, including J‑SOX requirements.





- Manage operational incidents and coordinate their resolution with different stakeholders.

- Maintain and update project information within corporate systems and tools.

- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

-

- Around 2 years of experience in project support, finance, controlling, operations or business analysis.

- High level of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Interest in project financial management and business operations.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong attention to detail and process‑oriented mindset.

- Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
