In this role you lead and deliver large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, diagnosing operations and driving improvement across manufacturing and supply chains. You work closely with PE deal teams and operating partners to create value and sustain performance. You’ll shape end-to-end transformation roadmaps and oversee teams to deliver impactful results. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at a firm that rewards entrepreneurship, integrity, and impact.

• Assess operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production facilities (hygiene, safety, regulatory readiness)
• Analyze production data to measure productivity, capacity, yield, and equipment effectiveness
• Engage plant leadership and operations teams to gain shop floor insights supported by data
• Identify and quantify value creation and cost-improvement opportunities (lean, waste reduction, outsourcing,



site consolidation)
• Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps with impact assessment and risk mitigation
• Lead execution, deliver high-quality results, and manage client relationships with PE sponsors and portfolio companies
Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in Food u0026 Beverage, FMCG, or related manufacturing sectors
• Proven experience with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies
• Deep expertise xqbhyrx in one or more: Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations (Su0026OP/IOP), footprint optimisation and plant transfers, CapEx planning, and operational excellence in food environments
• Experience with lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and value engineering for manufacturing efficiency and waste reduction
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and PE deal/operating partners
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a native level
