As Technical Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end AI-driven implementations for banks, fintechs, and payment providers, coordinating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering. You’ll translate requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and ensure on-time, measurable impact across general deployments. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders to enable adoption and scalability of AI-powered financial crime detection. This role offers the chance to shape next-gen AI in a mission-driven fintech security company.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers
• Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, timelines, and execution with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE)
• Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models




• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions
• Present milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in SQL
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
• Fluent English xqbhyrx (spoken and written)
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage)
• Professional working proficiency in French (Advantage)
• Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage)
• Professional fluency in French and English is required
